By registering your child with Impact Soccer Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Registration & Payment
- All participants must complete registration and submit full payment prior to the start of the program.
- Payments are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
- Registration is valid only for the specific program, location, and season selected.
Player Conduct & Expectations
- Players are expected to show respect toward coaches, teammates, referees, and opponents at all times.
- Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.
- Parents/guardians are expected to support a positive, sportsmanlike environment.
Injury & Medical Release
- Participation in soccer activities involves risk. Impact Soccer Academy is not responsible for any injuries sustained during training, games, or events.
- By enrolling, parents/guardians agree to release Impact Soccer Academy, its staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries or medical issues.
- In case of emergency, Impact has permission to seek medical treatment for the participant if a parent or guardian is not present.
Weather & Session Cancellations
- Sessions may be canceled due to weather, field closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Impact will attempt to reschedule sessions, but no refunds or credits will be issued if rescheduling is not possible.
Media Release
- Impact Soccer Academy may take photos or videos of training sessions and games for marketing, social media, or website use.
- By enrolling, you grant Impact permission to use images or videos of your child for promotional purposes.
- If you wish to opt out, please submit a written request to impact.sa.usa@gmail.com.
Program Changes
- Impact reserves the right to adjust training times, field locations, coaching staff, or program structure if necessary.
- Parents will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
Code of Conduct – Parents & Guardians
- Impact encourages a supportive, respectful environment.
- Parents must refrain from coaching from the sidelines, arguing with officials, or engaging in any form of disruptive behavior.
- Failure to comply may result in removal from the facility and/or dismissal from the program.
Text Messaging via Lead Connector:
- By providing your mobile number to Impact Soccer Academy, LLC, you will receive automated account updates, service alerts, and appointment reminders.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.
- Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
- If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to (864) 777-8908.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. - As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive a text message as a reminder for each upcoming appointment and a prompt to share your feedback with us regarding your customer service experience. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
