At Impact Soccer Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training and a positive experience for all of our players and families. Please carefully review our Refund Policy before completing registration:
No Refunds
All payments made to Impact Soccer Academy are final and non-refundable, including:
- Player withdrawals for any reason
- Missed sessions due to illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts
- Cancellations due to weather or field closures
Weather & Make-Up Sessions
We make every effort to reschedule any sessions canceled due to inclement weather or field closures. However, refunds or credits will not be issued if rescheduling is not possible.
Program Cancellations
If Impact Soccer Academy cancels a full program before the start date, a credit may be offered toward a future program, at the academy’s discretion.
Early Termination
Early membership termination is subject to $200 Early Termination Fee
By registering for any Impact program, you acknowledge and accept this No Refund Policy.
